Balance Chiropractic and Wellness has two convenient locations: South Roanoke and the Westlake area at Smith Mountain Lake.

Our South Roanoke office is located in Townside Festival Shopping Center, on the end of the shopping center near Fleet Feet. From Roanoke: Take 220 to the Tanglewood exit (Franklin Road/Electric Road). Turn left off the exit (Franklin Road). Turn left at the first light into the shopping center (across the street from Dunkin' Donuts).

From Boone's Mill: Take 220 to Tanglewood exit (Franklin Road/Electric Road). Turn right off the exit (Franklin Road). Turn left at the first light into the shopping center (across the street from Dunkin' Donuts).
